Job Description:

A European Bank is seeking a dynamic HR Administrator to provide support to a busy HR team in the City. This is an ongoing temporary role, paying up to £50,000 pro rata.

Your duties will be varied and include:

• Managing the HR inbox
• Carrying out screening checks
• Producing contracts of employment and onboarding documentation
• Scheduling interviews
• Issuing documents such as reference letters and maternity/paternity letters
• Producing a range of reports
• Maintaining the HR database and employee records, including job descriptions, performance reviews, absence and holidays
• Arranging training courses for staff

Your experience must include:

• At least 3 years’ strong HR administration experience gained in a fast-paced environment within banking, investment management or insurance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and work as part of a team
• Good IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Degree qualified

This role is based in the London office 5 days a week.
