HGV Technician
 
London | £55,000–£65,000 per annum
Shift: 4 on 4 off

We’re recruiting an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter to maintain and repair commercial vehicles in London.
 
The role of HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter

• Complete servicing, safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Prepare HGVs for MOT.
• Complete repairs safely and maintain accurate job records.
• Work with the workshop team to minimise vehicle downtime.

What the ideal HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter would need

• Experience maintaining and repairing HGVs.
• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• A thorough approach to vehicle safety and repair quality.
• An HGV licence would be an advantage.

The big attraction: £55,000–£65,000 per annum with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
