We are recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to join our clients Inpatient Unit, supporting patients with advanced and life-limiting illnesses.

About the role The Inpatient Unit provides
24-hour care, 7 days a week for patients and their families at an important and often challenging time in their lives.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in providing personalised care and supporting patients with their daily needs, comfort and wellbeing. You will work closely with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure every patient receives care that respects their individual wishes and preferences.
About you We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who:
- Are passionate about providing compassionate, person-centred care
- Have a caring, respectful and empathetic approach
- Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Are reliable, flexible and committed to delivering high standards of care
- Are comfortable working a range of shifts, including long days, nights, weekends and bank holidays
- Have previous palliative or end-of-life care experience (desirable)
