Group Reservations Agent - London | £15 per hour, Monday to Friday, with potential for a permanent role.

• From £15.00 per hour, depending on experience

You'll manage group bookings from the initial enquiry through to departure, ensuring every detail is handled professionally.

• Manage group and event enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and secure bookings
• Coordinate group bookings using Opera Cloud, maintaining accurate rooming lists, billing details and special requests
• Lead weekly Groups & Events meetings and communicate requirements across departments
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, amendments, cancellations and contractual obligations
• Welcome group organisers, support arrivals and resolve on-site requests where required
• Deliver excellent service throughout the guest journey while supporting revenue objectives

We're keen to hear from hospitality professionals who can hit the ground running and provide consistent support throughout the assignment.

• Previous experience as a Hotel Group Reservations Agent or in a similar hospitality role
• Essential: Experience using Opera Cloud
• Delphi experience would be advantageous
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication
• Immediate availability, with no prior commitments or planned time off that would prevent you from completing the full four-week assignment
