London | £28,000 - £35,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | OTE £45,000+ Year 1

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses solve hiring and talent challenges through a consultative approach.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates
• Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
• Managing the full consultative sales process from introduction to placement
• Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
• Conducting market research and staying ahead of industry trends
• Negotiating commercial agreements and managing stakeholder expectations
• Working towards individual and team targets in a supportive environment
