Job Description:

Field Sales Representative – £23,000–£40,000 per annum

Hartes Food Waste is looking for confident and motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, salaried role with a competitive base salary and genuine career progression.

The role is simple: you'll be given a local territory and visit businesses face-to-face, offering qualifying businesses a FREE food waste bin and FREE scheduled food waste collections until 1 April 2027.

With Simpler Recycling requirements affecting micro-businesses from 31 March 2027, you'll be helping local businesses get prepared for the new rules while growing Hartes' customer base.

What You'll Do

    •    Visit businesses within an allocated local territory

    •    Speak directly with business owners and managers

    •    Explain our free food waste collection offer

    •    Complete customer registrations

    •    Work towards a target of 15+ activated customers per day

You are not asking businesses to make an immediate purchase. You're offering a free bin and free scheduled collections until April 2027, making this a straightforward proposition to introduce face-to-face.

Salary & Benefits

    •    £35,000–£40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for confident, self-motivated and target-driven people who are comfortable approaching businesses face-to-face.

Previous field sales, B2B, door-to-door, energy, broadband, telecoms or fundraising experience is an advantage but isn't essential.
