Now we’re looking for someone who wants the opportunity to build, bill and progress within our London team.

Horizon Teachers is looking for an experienced consultant to join our Secondary division.

Whether you’re already in education recruitment or you’ve built a successful desk in another market, we want to speak to people who know what good recruitment looks like and want to take their career further.

What are we looking for?

Someone who is already comfortable in recruitment.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous temp recruitment consultancy experience
• A proven track record of generating revenue
• Strong business development skills
• Confidence speaking with clients and candidates
• A commercial mindset
• The drive to hit and exceed targets
• Ambition to progress

Education recruitment experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
