Job Description:

Estate Agent Floating Branch Manager 

IMPRESSIVE - Basic salary of up to £35,000.
IMPRESSIVE - On target earnings on offer of between £60,000 and £70,000.
IMPRESSIVE - 6 month initial salary guarantee of between £60,000 and £70,000 
IMPRESSIVE - With then a performance related bonus for a further 6 months.
IMPRESSIVE - In addition you will have the option of a company car or a £4,000 car allowance. 

1 Saturday off in 3 (5 day working week). 

You will spend circa. 3 to 6 months in a Floating Branch Managers role covering various offices in East London where you will be working in conjunction with and covering for existing Branch Managers in their absence along with driving listings in various offices.

This will be with a view to taking the helm of your own office once available and will provide you with an excellent grounding within the company.
