Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Big Tech Services Desk
Hamilton Barnes | London | Mix of UK & US hours
£26,000 base + uncapped commission | £35,000–£40,000 first-year OTE

The opportunity

We're expanding an exclusive partnership with a global IT services and consulting business that supports some of the biggest names in tech. We’ve already billed over £400k with them, there’s live demand every day, and you’ll be hired to help us grow it.

This is a candidate-focused (180) role. Your job is to find, engage and place great people into roles that already exist, so you can build momentum and make your first placements faster than on a typical trainee desk. You’ll work closely with senior leaders on the account and learn from them from day one.

What you’ll do

• Source and engage candidates for live, in-demand technology roles
• Build strong relationships and understand what motivates each person
• Manage candidates from first conversation through to offer and placement
• Negotiate offers, manage expectations and close deals
• Take on more ownership of the account as you progress
• You'll be expected to work a mix of UK & US Hours to support a global client.
