Are you an experienced Shift Leader, Lead Engineer or Senior Maintenance Engineer looking to step into a highly prestigious banking environment?

We're recruiting for a Shift Leader to oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a critical banking facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading building services provider, working within a technically challenging and highly regulated environment where uptime is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of engineers on shift
• Managing planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the client during your shift
• Supporting critical plant operations and incident response
• Producing reports, permit control and shift handovers
• Driving high standards of service delivery and team performance

What we're looking for:

✅ Strong building services maintenance background
✅ Experience leading engineering teams in critical environments
✅ Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (electrically qualified preferred)
✅ Knowledge of HV/LV systems, UPS, generators, HVAC and critical infrastructure
✅ Excellent client-facing and communication skills
