About the team you’ll be part of

Ofcom has a large, complex, and centrally driven programme of work which the People, Culture and Workplace Team are at the heart of, supporting colleagues through their journey at Ofcom. The Employee Relations team sits within the wider People Services team and focuses on supporting colleagues, their line managers and directors through all employee relations matters, to help foster positive and productive working relationships, making Ofcom a great place to work and empowering our leaders.

The purpose and scope of the role

Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, this role is responsible for providing empathetic, factual, high-quality and risk focused expert support to all Ofcom colleagues, their line managers and directors on all employee relations matters, including but not limited to:
