Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician or Engineer to join one of the UK’s leading training providers as a Workshop Technician.

This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in shaping the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Based at our client’s state-of-the-art training centre in Orpington, you’ll support apprentices by providing hands-on guidance in a well-equipped, professional learning environment.

The Role

As a Workshop Technician, you will:

• Provide practical support and guidance to apprentices during training sessions
• Assist in maintaining a safe, organised, and effective workshop environment
• Support trainers in delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences
• Ensure equipment and resources are prepared and maintained to a high standard

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Electrical or Engineering NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
• Proven industry/occupational experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good IT skills
• Full UK driving licence
