Ecommerce Manager – Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)

Salary: Up to £60,000

About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven and ambitious Ecommerce Manager to lead the performance and growth of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) websites across our portfolio of beauty brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of ecommerce trading, website optimisation and customer retention, helping drive online sales, improve conversion and deliver exceptional digital shopping experiences.

Working closely with our Marketing, Content, Product and Advertising teams, you’ll play a key role in growing our brands and maximising their online potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of our DTC websites, driving revenue, profitability and growth.
• Develop and deliver ecommerce trading strategies, promotions, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Optimise website merchandising, customer journeys and conversion rates through CRO and A/B testing.
• Manage CRM and email marketing activity to increase customer retention, loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Analyse website performance and customer data using GA4 and ecommerce reporting tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Content and Advertising teams to align website activity with wider brand campaigns.
• Support onsite SEO, website improvements and the implementation of ecommerce best practices.
• Stay up to date with ecommerce trends and identify new opportunities to improve performance.

About You

• Experience managing an ecommerce website or DTC business, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer goods.
• A proven track record of driving online sales and improving ecommerce performance.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce trading, merchandising and conversion rate optimisation.
• Experience with platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
• Confident using GA4, CRM platforms and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with email marketing and customer retention strategies.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for ecommerce and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
