Job Description:

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join a welcoming, family-run nursery in Hounslow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Early Years professional looking to progress into nursery management within a supportive setting that values teamwork, professional development and high-quality childcare.

The position offers an attractive four-day working week on a term-time-only basis, providing an excellent work-life balance with school holidays off. With an hourly rate of £16.00–£16.50, depending on experience, the nursery also offers funded training, staff incentives and opportunities for career progression.
