Delivery Station Associate / Warehouse Operative
Canning Town - E16 
Sunday-Thursday 13:00-22:00 
£13.92 per hour
Temporary to Permanent (after 12 successful weeks)
Start: ASAP

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Station Associate colleague to join a busy logistics team in Canning Town. This role offers a mix of warehouse, administration, and customer service duties, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful temporary period.

Key Requirements:

• Complete daily Health & Safety checks and paperwork.
• Record driver attendance, hours and allocations.
• Prepare and update driver schedules.
• Record vehicle usage and movements.
• Update daily reports and operational records using company systems and apps.
• Record deliveries, collections, returns and rejected parcels.
• Monitor recycling boxes and complete related paperwork.
• Support route planning and keep information up to date.
• Communicate with drivers and depot colleagues to resolve any issues.
• Complete end-of-shift checks and ensure all paperwork and systems are up to date.
• Unloading and loading parcels from company vans 

Key Skills:

• Previous warehouse and administration or customer service experience
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Basic IT skills required, including using spreadsheets
• A proactive attitude and good attention to detail
