📍 Wimbledon 🕘 9:00am - 5:00pm | 🏠 Hybrid Working (After training) | 🚀 Start Date: ASAP - Salary - £26-30k

Join our friendly and growing team as a Customer Advisor, supporting customers through email, phone and web enquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and website
• Providing helpful, accurate and professional advice to customers
• Following up on enquiries to maximise sales opportunities
• Processing customer orders and maintaining CRM records accurately
• Supporting the sales team with outbound campaigns and lead generation
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Ensuring excellent customer service at every stage of the customer journey
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ideally from either a training or delivery background
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Customer service or sales support experience
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• A proactive, positive and team-focused approach
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
