Colindale North London NW9 | Full Time | £13.85 | Ongoing Temp Contract

Barnet Homes is seeking a number of proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Resolution Officer to manage customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests through to resolution.

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalations.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the resolution process.
• Work with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
• Ensure responses are clear, accurate, and compliant with company procedures.
• Identify trends and recommend service improvements.

• Experience in customer service, complaints handling, or case management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
• Housing or social housing experience is desirable.
