A Conveyancing Paralegal with 1 years + UK experience is required for a top legal 500 law firm in Central London on a full-time, permanent basis. Hybrid working, ongoing training and career development opportunities and clear opportunities for progression.

A commercial law firm based close to the City, our client has a team of experienced and dedicated lawyers offering a comprehensive range of legal services to clients in the UK and overseas. With a reputation for achieving exceptional results, they have enjoyed continued growth and expansion since their inception and are well placed to continue an upwards trajectory. Due to their continuous growth, they are now looking to employ a conveyancing paralegal to join their busy team.

Reporting to partners within the department, the successful paralegal will join a busy property team in Central London. 

Responsibilities for this Conveyancing Paralegal vacancy:

• Supporting fee earners on high net worth files from instruction to post-completion
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
• File management
• Drafting legal documents
• Good understanding of AML requirements
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents

Qualifications for this Conveyancing Paralegal role:

• A paralegal with a minimum of 1 years solid experience in the UK, dealing with Conveyancing matters
• Must have full rights to work in the UK 
• Educated to a minimum of degree level
• Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
• Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
• Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated
