Client Services Coordinator

Location: Chessington, KT6
Salary: £30K - £33K DOE
Type: Permanent, Full Time

Shift Pattern
6:00am–2:00pm and 1:00pm–9:00pm on a rotational basis
Must be flexible and available to work both shifts
Saturday shift twice per month, paid at overtime

We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Services Coordinator to join our clients established international courier company.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage drivers throughout daily operations
• Liaise with customer service teams and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries
• Use Verizon tracking systems to monitor vehicles and driver activity
• Manage operational issues including delays, breakdowns and rescheduling
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
• Support driver management and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Coordinate with UK stations and international partners
• Undertake ad-hoc driving duties when required

About You

• Experience in transport, logistics or operations preferred.
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK
• Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills
• Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
• Full UK driving licence required
• Flexible, reliable and proactive
• French speaking is an advantage
