About the Role

Ramsay is currently looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to support a remote team, with a strong background in recruitment lifecycle and/or onboarding.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring candidates are processed efficiently and all relevant information is accurately maintained.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in the recruitment lifecycle and/or onboarding is essential
• Strong administrative experience, ideally at a senior level
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience managing candidate information and recruitment documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good IT and administrative systems skills
• Ability to travel to Central London for the initial 1-week training period

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Coordinating candidate onboarding and ensuring all required documentation is completed
• Maintaining accurate recruitment and employee records
• Liaising with candidates, recruiters and internal teams
• Monitoring onboarding progress and following up on outstanding requirements
• Providing general administrative support to the recruitment/HR function
• Ensuring processes are completed accurately and within required timescales

Please note: This is a remote role, but candidates must be able to attend the Central London office for one week of initial training.
