Job Description:

Care Worker Driver – Domiciliary Care | Hillingdon

CCS Homecare Services is recruiting Care Worker Drivers to support elderly and vulnerable adults in their own homes across the London Borough of Hillingdon.

This is a community-based role, travelling between clients to provide person-centred care, companionship and practical support. No experience is required as full paid training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to clients’ homes across Hillingdon to deliver care and support
• Provide personal care, medication support and help with daily living tasks
• Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing
• Offer companionship and practical household support
• Complete accurate care records and report concerns promptly

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Willingness to travel across the Hillingdon area
• Good spoken and written English
• Reliable, flexible and professional approach
• Caring, positive attitude and good people skills
• Care experience is helpful but not essential
