CAD Technician

South East London

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + Progression and Career development opportunities + Strong pipeline of work + Package 

A CAD Visualiser / CAD Technician is required to join a scaffolding and construction business in South East London, supporting the engineering department with technical drawings, visualisations and tender-stage presentation work. The role will work closely with engineering and commercial teams, producing accurate design information and presentation materials to support project delivery and business development.

What You Will Do

• Produce CAD drawings and visualisations for engineering and construction projects.
• Prepare technical illustrations for tender submissions and pre-construction presentations.
• Develop and amend Revit models in line with project requirements.
• Support engineering teams with design coordination and drawing production.
• Maintain drawing registers and technical documentation.
• Liaise with commercial teams to create presentation materials for client submissions.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.

What You Bring (Essential Requirements)

• CAD and Revit experience.
• Experience producing technical drawings and visualisations.
• 1-6 years' relevant industry experience for mid-level appointments.
• Experience within construction, engineering, scaffolding or related sectors.
• HNC, HND or degree qualification in Engineering, Construction or equivalent.
• Experience using Autodesk software for drawing production.
