Business Transformation Consultant - Change Lead

• Rate: £840 per day
• IR35: Inside IR35
• Location: London, UK
• Working arrangement: Remote
• Contract length: Contract until September 2027
• Clearance requirement: SC Clearance

Your new company

You'll be supporting a major global organisation on a Finance & Transformation programme focused on the deployment of a new Global Finance Services operating model.

The programme involves collaboration across market teams, a regional captive hub and offshore delivery teams.

Your new role

As a Business Transformation Consultant / Change Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting the deployment and transition of the new operating model.

You'll work across multiple stakeholder groups to coordinate change activity, support transition and contribute to the successful delivery of the wider finance transformation programme.

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment of the new Global Finance Services operating model.
• Lead and support change management activity.
• Provide transition support across impacted teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders across market, regional and offshore delivery teams.
• Support delivery of the wider Finance & Transformation programme.
