Location: Uxbridge – Office Based
Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Start: Immediate
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour whilst temping
Permanent Salary: £28,000

The Role

We are looking for a confident, organised and enthusiastic individual to join a busy team in Uxbridge as a Bookings Coordinator.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door within an office environment and develop their administration and coordination experience.

Previous office experience isn't essential. What's more important is that you're a strong communicator, confident speaking with people over the phone and able to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time.

Working as part of a busy team, you'll help coordinate bookings, speak with candidates and workers, keep systems and records up to date and make sure everything runs smoothly day to day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating bookings and appointments
• Speaking with candidates and workers over the phone
• Carrying out initial telephone screening
• Booking interviews, training sessions and appointments
• Handling incoming calls and general enquiries
• Keeping track of availability and attendance
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting with scheduling and changes to existing bookings
• Following up with people to confirm arrangements
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, bookings or a similar people-focused role is essential
• Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Friendly and professional when dealing with different people
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using computers and able to pick up new systems quickly
• Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
• A positive, can-do attitude

You don't need previous experience within a dedicated office or bookings role. This could be an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or administration who has developed strong communication and organisational skills and is now looking to get their foot in the door within an office environment and build a long-term career.
