Are you an RI ready for a bigger platform, or a Director who's been told "next year" once too often?

IN2 Consult is retained by several leading, fast-growing Top 15 firms to appoint Audit Partners into their London offices. These are true leadership roles. You'll own and grow a portfolio, have real influence on strategy and have the backing to build a sector practice with your name on it.

Sector focus
We'd particularly like to hear from people with a strong track record and network in one or more of these areas:

• AIM-listed and main market / PLC
• Insurance
• Financial Services
• Private Equity and PE-backed portfolios
• Real Estate

The role

• Lead a high-quality audit portfolio and act as RI on complex engagements
• Win new work and turn your network into a pipeline
• Build long-term, board-level client relationships
• Develop Directors and Senior Managers into the firm's next leaders
• Help shape the firm's market positioning and growth plans

What you'll bring

• RI status with at least 2 years' signing experience
• Already a Partner, or a Director ready to be promoted now
• Strong technical grounding in UK GAAP and IFRS
• A proven record of winning work and managing client relationships
• Experience leading and developing high-performing audit teams
