The Associate Director Building Surveyor will lead project and professional instructions, manage key clients and support a small team of surveyors. You will remain close to delivery while taking responsibility for fee forecasting, workload planning and the development of new opportunities.
This is a strong option for someone who has reached the limit of a large consultancy structure and wants a more direct route to Director, without sacrificing quality clients or technically interesting work.
