Area Sales Manager – HVAC

Location: London & South East
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Bonus/Benefits

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious HVAC sales professional looking to take the next step in their career with a growing HVAC business.

This position would particularly suit someone currently working in internal sales, sales support or a junior external sales role who is ready to progress into a field-based position.

Covering London and the South East, you'll be responsible for developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities, predominantly within the M&E and HVAC contractor market.

The Role

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers across the territory

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Build relationships with M&E and HVAC contractors

• Promote the company's product range and identify upcoming projects

• Develop your knowledge of the territory and establish a strong customer network

• Progress into a confident, commercially successful field sales professional

About You

We're looking for someone ambitious, personable and keen to develop a long-term career in HVAC sales.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in internal sales, external sales or sales support within HVAC, air conditioning or building services

• Some understanding of HVAC products and the contractor market

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for developing new business

• The confidence to meet customers and build relationships face-to-face

• A full UK driving licence

Previous field sales experience is not essential. We're equally interested in individuals with a solid internal sales background who are ready to take the next step.
