Account Manager - Creative Production & POS
West London - Hybrid
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Potential Permanent Opportunity

We're looking for an organised and commercially aware Account Manager to manage creative production and point-of-sale projects for a leading consumer-facing brand.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for a permanent position for the right person and subject to business requirements.

You'll manage projects from initial brief through to production and delivery, acting as a key contact for clients while coordinating creative, production and internal teams to deliver work on time, within budget and to a high standard.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of brand projects from brief through to final delivery.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for client and brand stakeholders.
• Coordinate creative, artwork, production and manufacturing activity.
• Manage timelines, priorities, budgets and project costs.
• Translate client requirements into clear and achievable project plans.
• Monitor multiple live projects and keep systems and trackers up to date.
• Quality-check presentations, artwork, renders, prototypes and production materials.
• Ensure projects have appropriate financial approval and cost coverage.
• Identify potential delays, risks or quality issues and proactively find solutions.
• Work closely with internal production and creative teams to maximise efficiency.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure projects meet agreed deadlines, quality standards and commercial requirements.

About You

You'll ideally have experience in account management, project management, creative production, print, packaging or point-of-sale, preferably within an agency, retail, FMCG or similar environment.
